Can you please attach the SQL server error log, file will be in sql server
program directory\log folder.
The reasson for this problem might be ,
1. The physical files for system databases (Model, TEMPDB, MSDB) might be in
diffrent location for the SERVER A. so
after restore in Server B during start up SQL Server will not be able to get
the files and resulted in failure.
